Role Description

Join us as a pioneering Account Executive and seize the unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the CEO to implement a proven and effective sales strategy. This position offers a chance to be at the forefront of a sales-driven company on the brink of explosive growth. As a key player in our organization, the Account Executive's responsibilities are crucial for fueling our expansion and providing invaluable insights into product refinement through direct customer interaction and relationship management. This role is designed to evolve into a pivotal strategic asset within the company, spearheading the development and nurturing of essential partnerships and channels.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing relationships and a comfort level communicating to net new contacts... But to be clear, experience is not required. We believe that DNA, tenacity, and willingness to learn matter more than experience Itself. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers to educated them on the problems that Continuum solves. . You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and engage with distribution & manufacturing executives via email, phone, social, trade shows and other unique angles.
  • Drive campaigns with BDR resources.
  • Manage and maintain a sales funnel closing and meeting revenue quota expectations.
  • Ensure customers are receiving an outstanding customer experience from deal beginning through their lifecycle with Continuum.  

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience leading deal cycles to with multiple executive level stakeholders engaged
  • Experience selling SaaS applications from $10,000 ARR to $100,000 ARR
  • Experience selling Supply Chain and ERP related add-ons
  • Interested in selling complex technical solutions
  • You’re optimistic about the future and determined to get there
  • You’re never tired of learning
  • You appreciate direct communication
  • You’re both an active communicator and an eager listener - because let’s face it, you can’t have one without the other
  • You’re cool with candid feedback and see every setback as an opportunity to grow
